Why VaccinationsRx?

Most doctors and chain pharmacies don’t stock vaccines that are not dispensed on a regular basis from the office. As a result, it can be difficult and time-consuming to track down less common agents.

By maintaining an extensive on-site inventory of both common and esoteric vaccines and hyperimmune agents, VaccinationsRx is able to fulfill any of your vaccination needs at a moment’s notice — no hassle necessary.

To get started, ask your doctor to send over a prescription for the vaccine(s) you need. Then, give us a call to coordinate the details.

Information for Patients

Welcome to VaccinationsRx! We are a concierge vaccination pharmacy committed to meeting your needs on your time.

There are a few different ways to work with us:

  1. If you need a routine vaccination (“routine” meaning the standard adult and pediatric vaccines recommended for all Americans), you can give us a call to set up an appointment to come in, or set up an appointment for a house call.

  2. If you are not local or simply prefer to have your doctor administer your vaccinations, we can ship to your provider’s office. In that case, we ask that you have your doctor reach out to us so that we can coordinate delivery with the office.

  3. We contract with facilities for occupational vaccination services, meaning that we can come to your workplace to provide an on-site vaccination clinic. We also offer these services anywhere in the community where there is a need for large scale vaccination effort (including schools, community centers, and the like). If you need a large group of people vaccinated in a quick and efficient manner, we can work with you to devise a solution. Learn more about our occupational and community health services.

We accept credit cards, and we do not bill your insurance. However, most vaccinations are reimbursed by the major medical portion of health insurance plans. Though you pay out-of-pocket, we will absolutely provide you with a completed HCFA (Health Care Financing Administration) form to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Information for Providers

Welcome to VaccinationsRx! We are a concierge biologics pharmacy dedicated to meeting yours and your patients’ needs on your time.

We are available to vaccinate your patients at their leisure. To get started, send us over a prescription. We accept e-scribe, written, faxed, or phoned-in prescriptions. Once we receive, process, and fill your prescription, we send it where it needs to go. This could mean the patient coming into our pharmacy for inoculation, a house call where we travel to the patient’s home and administer it there, or we can send the dose to your office, where you can immunize the patient.

In addition to vaccinations, we also supply hyperimmune agents. Currently, we stock HyperRAB, HyperTET S/D, HyperHep B S/D, and RhoGAM. These agents are not available for on-site or at-home administration by our pharmacy staff, so we will arrange for delivery to your practice site for administration.

We have a shipping contract with FedEx that follows CDC’s cold-chain protocol. We do not ship on Fridays or the day before major or federal holidays, as the products are temperature-sensitive and need to be received and stored as soon as possible. Before we ship, we will contact your office to arrange and confirm conditions for delivery, as someone must sign for the package.

FAQ’s

Will you bill my insurance?
